i just want to share a matter not related to leadership qualities but about infrastructure. i want to propose a concept of e-toll card for roads.now toll is collected through some agencies.there would a chance of leakage of revenue through this. e-toll card is a concept that every vehicle owner according to their vehicle should have this card which is rechargeable and swipe this card in machine attached to toll booth and the amount directly goes to govt bank account.contribute cashless society

GOI should notice and amend constitution definition of minorities is different in context of india, but while taking about states it is not similar.in many states christians and muslims are majorities and others are minorities, still they are enjoying benefits of minorities.the states should be asked to frame or follow reverse policy which GOI follows.so that hindus and others will be encouraged in those states and will be protected against elimination.or minority quota of that state be ended.

We should start to develop leadership qualities in youth from their schooling itself.School curriculum must focus on team building activities and participation of student in teaching , this would increase their confidence level and improve communication skill.Last but not least , promoting sports in school and active participation of student is effective tool to bring out essential qualities of leadership from students themselves.

I would like to draw your attention upon the shrinking trend in fresh Graduates opting for Jobs rather than any Master's degree or Research Fellowship. The prime reason being meager stipend of 12.4K and I therefore request you to kindly increase it atleast upto 25K so that it comes at par with other jobs.Globally India lacks in this Higher Education Field over a long time and hence need a proper swift initiatives.

Sir todays youth are very smart....instilling in them national values in schools helps them a lot. Apart kindly make a new forum for national security where citizens can put forward their ideas and and share their analysis rather then writing to govt agencies. Citizens can also sometimes see out of box analysis and can see things which people inside cant which is basically helping govt of india for better national preparedness. Nowdays all is linked from defence to industry to economy to banking
