Budget allocation should be enhanced for organising youth leadership training camps. present time budget provision are very low for organising these activities. another point is that training programme should be organised in seelcted good and prestigious organisation.NYC scheme of ministry of youth affairs and sports should be reviewed.training programme of NYC volunteers strictly organised in high level training institute.

not only leadership quality but leadership quality with managerial skill needed.otherwise he will remain as a crowd maker.now the younger generations are frustrated .corruption everywhere .nepotism is the main part of corruption.even the good leaders are also going for nepotism for votes.so the existing leaders of this country should be an example for young generation and they should have that much quality which the youth expects from their leaders.
