best way to keep a class quiet is by making the haughty boy a monitor. so I guess if we want that our young India gives us good leaders, the elders have to Give them a small social responsibilities and guide them through. youth then needs to work with guidance and Their own skill and means to come up to the mark! plus my personal view is to join the Sangh and attend daily shakha and vacation Camps to inculcate good values and discipline in life.

today's youth is active and smart. they do own social values jus that they need to realise them more often. they need to understand their responsibility towards nation and society. if they say that India is not a good country to live, then they have to make it good. nobody is perfect. we have join hands with our government to make make it good intact the best! only youth can bring the change. mere critical is is not enough..

not all the youth will be needed to be leaders , you are either born to be a leader or to collaborate with a leader and work for the larger interest of the pepole

First thing: this we need to provide them inspiration that is we Indian needs you(youth) and your ability to lead us, guide us to enable becoming a better person in terms of thinking, living, relation among all of us, to throw thought like 'filling my pocket no matters what is happening with other' in to the dustbin. When they understand that YES for this we(youth) are the one who have and will do this then they should be provided training with live scenarios(problems/areas)

Every child can be a leader, you have to only tap the talents in them .I suggest to introduce personality development classes right from sixth class in a play way method so that a child is rightly motivated to utilise his or her newly found freedom when he/she joins a college.

Taking initiative to provide enough knowledge to the skilled youth can motivate them to spread the knowledge to the mass and can lead the way for many

Getting the students to work on a common goal in a group of 5-6 students and letting at least 8 groups to compete at a time within given set of conditions can greatly enhance the leadership qualities. The similar method is used in elite engineering colleges throughout the country where students have to complete their major projects in a group of 5-6 and there's always a healthy positive competition among various groups to execute their project at the best.
