1-youth have to be worry about nation according to me if any young person think about our nation it means that he wants to change something in our country. 2- Be fearless and be social. 3- youth have the quality that how they can go with their good creativity for nation growth and also have the skill that their team members also go according to their plans.

When modiji was cm of gujarat we used to talk about how fast gujarat specialy mine city surat is growing and that was the main topic when we used to hang out with friends but i wonder the charm of it has gone growth of gujart has stopped whr it was ...all the works was going in street has left incomplete...i dont think anyone is doing their job in mine city specialy..that is so sad..it feels sad we complain about our state but i didnt found anyother way..i hope this goes in knowlege of modiji

To develop leadership skills, youth need to gain confidence.And for that it is essential for them to be able to work without the fear of being ridiculed in case they fail.They need to be told that failing means they have tried.Secondly youth need to be made responsible and empowered to be able to develop leadership skills.They need to be able to think and do without always being guided.This can only happen if given independent responsibilities.And lastly they need to be given a vision of India.

For the purpose of nation building, we should not be dependent on the bureaucracy alone. There is a rich pool of talent available within the country, working for the private sector. These young people who are apt at running companies would definitely be able to contribute to the country and the government. Hence their involvement in the nation building should not be left to chance. We need a channel for them to contribute in the nation building process, leading the PSUs, constructing India

i think such qualities should develop from the school level. with the new CCE system in schools,students are given various projects to do. so, i would suggest that the schools should assign groups to every student and make a student leader amongst them. ( such that all students in the class can get to lead atleast one project/group across various projects in the academic year)
