Every youth either in school or college be given the responsibility to lead the team in different activities like cultural activities, management of an event, any social service etc. and their leadership qualities should not be judged based on the successfulness of the assignment rather the efforts made by him. It is because sucess depends upon many favourable factors and favourable factors never happen every time.

In order to develop leadership qualities among youth, it is very essential that such initiatives are being taken at the initial levels of school.It is nothing to be imparted but to let it develop in one self.Everyone should be given an opportunity in order to showcase.So that when they become the future generation,We dont have to go again from the initial stage.

There should be special training sessions from school curriculum itself by specially trained teachers who should inculcate leadership in students. Experts may be invited at higher levels as visiting faculties as their voluntary contributors. The students with outstanding leadership qualities should be suitably rewarded.

To develop leadership quality among the youth they must be given some responsibilities and feedback must be taken whether the responsibility is completed or not. Even we can make small groups among the youth and select their representative by turn. Even we can train them about leadership.

In baroda, many area are specified as communial disturb from law & justice department. In these area, person can sale property to same community person, not to other community person. But, it has observed that, property is sold to other community person but argrament done on same community person. These will call as breaking law on ground reality. My suggestion is to give punishment to these type of people, who are breaking law in cleavar way & making fool to government & people.
