dear sir please give us only 1 indian identity nomber and cancil all 1 time alloted no in hole life like......... voter id, driving licence id, passport id, pan id, rasan card, with this id give us 1 gb online space for updating data like all data by birth to death these are educational, helth, acount, proffetional data, etc u save lots of money to govern all departs and black money will be not genereted by 1 id this gives us a national image, & goverment trase any body anywere esily

Govt. Colleges (which are defunct) should be adopted Indian Army and other Defence Force or paramilitry forces of India. They shoud train students and teach the particular technical or job skill. Fill the sense of patriotism and discipline. Encourage student to take up job in early ages rather than wasting time in preparation for govt jobs. Facilites should be made so that young indian can join army for short period of time, devlope themselves professionally and the lead a self dependent life.

Here are some comparisions that will clear picture crystal clear for us-- 1. Our DRDO/HAL could not make CAVERY ENGINE for LCH, Why we didn't gave a chance to brilliant young scientists/engineers working in Big Private companies. 2- If we are able to Assemble LCH why we are not increasing the production lines ? 3-On RAFALE we are going to give 90000 CR why Hardly 20000 CR for indian Project LCH ? 3-Why we don't oursource a good Research team from our IITs or NITs. They are studying here and want to work for ISRO/DRDO/HAL but we have a very sophisticated exam selection process in which after 1 year result will come....suppose you went for M Tech in IIT. After completion of 1 Year you will get call from DRDO ....oh congrates you are selected.....Now not only you are wasting M Tech seats but you are feeling like BOSS Yes i did it. 4-An study shows that in ISRO only 2% staff is from IIT ,Ratio is same in DRDO/HAL etc. Do you feel that they dont want to work in these Organisations ?? No ,They want to work But because of our Tardy designed process They are going to work for NASA. 5-In coming Years we will beg for that technology what our talent from IIT has developed and America will say ,Sign the contract that you will not give it to other, You will pay us this much of money blah blah... 6_ In my college I said that i want to make Power from Quartz crystal(Piezo-electric effect). In whole Univesity not a single teacher was ready to be my Guide. All they said that i will not Guide you .If your Project will not Run I will Fail you.Agreed They are more experienced But they are real culprits of INDIA. We can change This.Only sensible steps are needed. All we need is a Opportunity. Give us will Give result and USA will ask for ToT.

Here are some suggestions that can bring change-- 1- First if any one is saying something at least listen. 2-Don't reject anyone's proposal without listening 3- If you listen kindly act and provide appropriate opportunity to work in that sector. 4-Give us a bit time ...Results will follow for sur Believe and Become.

Sir , Our youth today is dying to Lead from the front and do something for the nation, But our society and system(family,school,college,Bureocracy,Govt. Organisations etc.) want to make them as timid as possible. Actually we indians never believe in ourself ....If we say that it is possible and we will do, Then everybody will turn out to be a philosopher and keep on de-motivating until you drop your plan. This needs to be changed . Start recognising our potential. Even if we fail at least we expect from someone that "Its OK ,Better luck next Time"... Volunteer work and sports helps to build leadership qualities. I think Gov. should consider giving some kind of extra credit in college admission process for people who does volunteer work and who participate in sports. This should motivate youth to perform volunteer work and to participate in sports. Practical experience is a must to develop leadership qualities and these two activities helps them to get that experience while they are studying itself.

we need to open up primary schools for poor where 12th pass outs can teach at hourly basis for their passion for social work. this will instill in them a responsibility towards nation and learning attitude.

Leadership is an inbuilt art.All of us can become an efficient leader .But for this, youth entertainment programs can be conducted.planting trees ,creating houses for poor families are some task that can be conducted.These are just a few examples which was conducted by my friends under a team.Many other welfare progarams and seminars can also be conducted for nation building activities.Youth of our country with our honourable prime minister Narendra modi can make "Ache din" happen.
