REserve elected posts for age between 18 & 35 in panchayat level organisations Enable youth to participate in railways maintenance and coastal security enable youth to participate in policing function as friends of police and night vigil

To develop leadership qualities among the youth, i liste the following suggestions 1, make compulsory army enrolment from age 18 years to 35 years for 2 years. youth will be trained in army discipline and national duty. It wil develop leadership quality 2. make technical training with IT compulsory in education. so it will enable self employment generation opportunity. this will develop self responsibility and leadership quality by experience 3. participation in team games sports

i believe developing leadership qualities among the youth first government create the job for them. so they can fulfill their basic need. i the way of family responsibility. if their family is happy. so they can entirely focus on work. and with that they will be happily ready to do work other than their routine job. because in our nation unemployment is major issue. and for job creation purpose government should reduce the retirement age from 60 year to 55 year.

I believe in distributing the responsibilities amongst theyouths other than their routine jobs.
