Govt want to make youth wing in all Panchayats throw out India. Youth should co ordinate all Gramasabha meetings held by panchayats , traditionally gramasabhas are co-ordinated by other staffs of implementing offices like Govt primary health centre , agricultural offices etc. By doing this youth can understand the problems of panchayat (their ward or villages) and also get Co-ordinating power that’s essential to a leader .
