Respected PM, Sir you talking about to implement skill development among youth.so we know every student who is in 12th standard from English med know about computers and Internet. so if we bring a scheme where students can conduct seminars or presentation on above topic to the village people.Each student once in a 6 month or their wish. think if every college took this initiative soon India will be digital literate. also at the same time it will increase in skill development of students.

Involvement of entrepreneurs (self made category), both small & medium, in the govt's development program with in their ward. Identify social & business leaders and employ them in quality assurance activity for their regions.

आजतक किसी सरकार ने 30 से 35 के उम्र बरोजगारों की चिंता नहीं की ,यहाँ तो रिटायर लोगों को दुबारा मौका मिलता है फिर 30 से 35 के उम्र के बरोजगारों को क्यों नहीं! कृपया 30 से 35 के उम्र बीच के बेरोजगारो का एक समूह बनाइए जिस से ये पता चल सके कितने लोग अच्छे पढ़े लिखे और मौका मिलने पर बेहतर काम कर सकते है ,इस से पलायन को आसानी से रोका जा सकता है!

Youths of country has inexhaustible energy to turn around country. Focus on few points: Hands on experience part of curriculum which will develop logical reasoning, skill development centers and certification, Sports and mediational practices part of course irrespective of year of education, centralized nationwide common syllabus, time table for activities in schools and colleges, central monitoring, local third party committees to monitor performances for individual course and online reporting

Dear Sir, My suggestion is that We should recruit suitable number of youths on trial basis for few Districts ( Say 50) having certain minimum qualification as graduates / post graduates / MBA's or similar in Nation Building as Public Disciplinary Force ( PDF) . This force be assigned the following jobs; ( Not policing) 1. To bridge the gap of communication between General public with the Govt 's Administrative machinery, policies & implementation. 2. Provide personality development and life skills training as a standalone feature from secondary school education onwards and the same can be planned for out of school youth with PPP partnership initiatives in addition to strengthen the existing NYKS mechanism for delivery rigour.

For developing leadership qualities among the youth the school,colleges and institution can help us to do so.Competition related to teamwork and management should be made compulsory.Those will help future leaders of our nation to grow ,learn and develop.Training programs can be also be very helpful in inculcating leadership qualities.Every school should have a student council which should include posts like the Head Girl,Head Boy,Discipline coordinator,Sanitation coordinator,Cultural and Sports

Whats gone is gone cant be changed but i hope that the upcoming generation dont have to go through these same problems. So my suggestion is to change the education system. For modern education system is what will make them more eco friendly to face adversity

Since i m a youth of this nation i know what problems we face the education system itslef every university or boads having differnt kind of syllabus and most of the syllabus that is being taught are outdated or would be fair enuf to say far from being outdated. Suggestion is, more practical things should be introduced in the syllabus like group discussions and stuff from the very primary level. The problem that youth face today is only because of the bad education system they had to go with.
