In order to develop leadership qualities among the youth it is necessary that the talent of each youth is encouraged. Youth should be given the opportunity to prove ones own qualities.

LEADERSHIP qualities developed by motivating the youth ,show the direction to youth,because leadership qualities are not inbuilt qualities these are man made qualities ,so if we give right direction to youth then these qualities are improved

To build leadership qualities, there has to be certain changes in the society from what it is now. Child labor is a crime but children doing part time jobs for petty works is actually helpful as it helps them to be independent & learn many things at young age. It is of course very risky in India to encourage that, as, in the name of part time jobs, child labor might increase. Hence a mid-line solution would be to provide this through schools itself which'll have all details of the child >10years

Leadership Qualities can be developed among youth 1. For age group 18 – 23, Add a “Leadership Quality Subject” to their academic curriculum 2. For age group 24 – 35, Conduct “Leadership Quality Campaign” Panchayat/Taluk /Revenue Division/District/State wise throughout India.

I have a few knowledge. But I know, one should know himself first, before asking help from other. Learning accurately on own have or haven't; knowledge of right evaluation on others positive is the basic point of leadership quality. Looking towards the negatives shows ill attitude. That is one hurdle of leadership attitude.

An idea to make them to realize themselves. It has seen that the youth are unable to temper their fever. A great example I have seen in Bihar(my native) where youth are being diverted by well prepared socio-political group. Giving a platform to the next generation is not bad but taking unethical work from them is bad. I propose an idea of delivering youth development training(mentally first) through devoted volunteer who wants to work but could not emit their energy for development course.

Build a sense of self esteem ,Integrity and develop the courage to the right thing . People keeping law and order and justice in society are the lynch pins of society , helping the good stay good and provide a safe and meaningful society for all .

Leadership skills develops from the grass root level. It actually develops from the foundation. So, as to achieve the leadership skills, it is a must to develop the personality for every youth in the society. As, everyone knows that youths are the fixture pillars o; the nation, each and every youth should develop deVElop their personality. In my opinion, every schools and colleges should have a class for deVeLoping the personality skills as extra cirrucular activities.

1. Person cant be a great leader if he doesn't live for others but for himself. 2. Purely practical wisdom in line with morals,ethics, unselfishness like of Gandhi, jesus and buddha. 3. Strong in understanding philosophy and dynamics of life specific qualities obtained naturally from environment or through personality development, attitude, self confidence, positive thoughts etc
