The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

If Income tax Department people are scrutinized properly,& having transparent Income tax collection & Raid system. Also they Should announce publicly about their raid outcome & collected tax on city wise yearly,& their targets should be set & increased yearly.Just placing right people on every city & town on this department India can get yearly 3-5 Lakhs crores additionally as income.Only because of spoiled & improper Income tax department, working class people having burden on their shoulders.

A well educated man earning up to 10 lakh per annum, after spending for education, health, power, housing loan, insurance, food, fuel got very less amount to save, but paying 30% tax.So during tax deduction they should have option for including basic groceries, travel bills, essential home necessity like gas stove, small fridge cost, small tv cost, cheap mobile cost, house accessories because they are spending it which is coming to national economy. So they should be allowed to add the spending bills in IT.

Beef ban is good, but other nationalities taking beef, pork which provides them sustained energy and stamina. So we need to develop some agri based vegetarian food which gives more stamina and energy and all top most nutrients to keep our country people stiff for all action and performance.Since already our people lacks good physical structure. We can easily see from other nationality people physique in ex:cricket. So use DRDO food research center to develop a super food & produce at affordable cost.

Reg: Land Acquisition law: Right now 80% of Indians are farmers & hence they are Producers,if they sell their land they become workers. It may not be possible to give jobs for 80% of people in future.Unless it is top most requirement, agricultural lands should not be converted.Even in British raj they paid heavy tax but never loose their lands & remain as producers.Step up to diversify the agricultural productivity & increase profit.Use uncultivated lands for necessary infrastructure developement

There is a need to innovate in mining activities. Mining is considered as a primary activity and is assumed as a work that needs no skills. But it is not so. We need to have a research on what are the skills that can make the mining work more efficient. We may have to learn it from Adivasi people who have in born skills in such activities. There is a need for skill in processing the ores too.

There are several challenges preventing India’s rural masses specially poor people from competing in the modern market, such as the lack of formal education and marketable skills. Government may bridge this gap by funding training projects bench marked to global standards, with an emphasis on placement, retention, career progression and foreign placement etc.
