The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

According to Census 2011, India has 55 million potential workers between the ages of 15 and 35 years in rural areas. At the same time, the world is expected to face a shortage of 57 million workers by 2020. This presents a historic opportunity for India to transform its demographic surplus into a demographic dividend.

Respected Sir Mining sector needs Geologist and this subject can be launched at school level. Auction for mineral based energy projects is good ( Reverse bidding) but not economically viable for mineral based consumer goods-such as cement , aluminium ,iron ore etc. Royalty should be charged for Total proposed mining capacity( to be declared by the Lessee) and not for (under) production /consumption.

2 Sir overloading is subject to aution of vhicle with its goods imidiately. Officer shold accountable. Police and mining department are shack hand in ilegal mining with mine opretor, it is seen. In CG it is seen that tranportin/ mining of coal is withour folwing any mininf ragulation/ law in the priod of bjp as well started in congress regime by JSPL. Over loading mining without IBM guideline how ? Only len den ,funding to officer/ beurocrate/ politician / local gundas / afew charity to local p

Sriman to control iregulaity in mining gps & satelite system can play a good role. We can watch through satalite in mines what deep they gone at opencast mine. Gps should manatory in transporting vhicle. They should register under mining department and a unique id shold essue to transporting vhicle and heavy earth mover use for mining mandatoty. No vhicle can enter into mining area if possible whitin one km radius. TT permit issue with time bound .if fail blacklisted the vhicle.contine to second

माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों के विरुद्ध उ.प्र. सरकार और उसके परिवहन विभाग के अधिकारीयों सहित खनन विभाग द्वारा रिट पेटीशन (सिविल)136/2003 के सम्बन्ध में पारित आदेश दिनांक 09-11-2005 की धज्जियां उड़ा रहे हैं ! क्या माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश की धज्जियां उड़ाने वाले के विरुद्ध कोई कार्यवाही हो सकेगी ? उक्त केश में ओवरलोड़ गाड़ियों के संचालन पर रोक लगाईं गई है, परन्तु खनन विभाग ही ट्रकों पर ओवरलोड़ देकर न्यायालय की अवमानना कर रहा है ! कैसे होगा देश का भला, जब रक्षक ही भक्षक बन जायेगे !

The biggest curse in India is to be born in a General category , poor family and a male. sir please stop this reservation on the basis caste. Equal opportunities should be provided to people belonging to all caste and creed. This will improve efficiency and productivity of the economy.

भुमिअधिग्रहन कायदा माननीय मोदी जी भुमिअधिग्रहन कायदा सिंपल बना दीजिये --- 1) भुमिअधिग्रन के लिए राज्य सरकार की मान्यता होगी बिना राज्य सरकार के अनुमति के बिना जमींन नहीं ली जाए गी , मोदीजी राज्य सरकारे खुश हो जायेंगे और राज्यसभा में बिल पास हो जाए गा 2) मोदी जी जादातर राज्योमे आपकी सरकार है . मोदीजी ओ लोग आपको जमीन के लिए मना नहीं कर सकते. और उन उसी राज्य का विकास होगा जिन्होंने आपको चुना है 3) बाकी राज्यों को भी दिखा दो विकास क्या . और यही राज्य आपको 2020 को वापस पंतप्रधान बनाएगा
