The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Everyday, I see the Agriculture land is being converted into the land for residential purposes, specially the places which are near to the towns or cities. This is majorly done by the builders for their profit and that land is taken from farmers and given to prosperous people only. This way the agricultural land is getting reduced. This is i think a very serious topic. There should be some kind of limit on the real estate/property that one person/family can have. What do you think?

In todays commercial market, it has been noticed that much of our fruits and many of the eatables are been used in todays cosmetics which creates a hazard in there supply and availability. It creates rise in its price and unavalibility. The common men go out off its reach. The commercial companies purchase these products from the market as a result the common men cannot afford to purchase the same . If in some way it can be controlled then such a scarcity can be stopped to occur.

All our schools has to be standardized. No need of state board, cbse, icse etc. Skill development is after skill finding. Schools and colleges need to address this issue. Moreover teach the generation with good discipline Is must. We all have been taught discipline and truthfullness in our schools. But the way to follow should be taught. Example: If signal is red stop till it changes to green. The patience to wait to be taught. No need to be impatient if you start early from home to be taught.
