Yoga is unity of soul and body. It has positive effects of human beings of all age groups. As in India, we have different social structure and lifestyle, it becomes of more importance to create awareness around the country with the various approach towards the same. Also
Ayurveda is a pillar of our ancient treatment culture for the purpose of rejuvenation which goes on hand in hand with yoga.

yoga do akshar ke is ka Matlab hai man ko vash me Karna.ab bat Karte hai 40ke bad women ko yoga jaruri hai,ha jaruri hai is daur Me signal pariwar hone ke Nate sari jimadare Women ke upar hai,jo ki dinrat bs sab ka dhayan rakthi hai,ye batana me jaruri Nhi ki Aaj ke Time women kya responsibility hai.isliye healthy diet ke sath yoga bhi compalsary hai Aaj ke jiwan me,koi ki jiwan amulaya hai.nari ka samman me hi samaj aur desh ka samman hai. Sir,yoga should be the integral part of the lifes of all, specially women. The public awareness regarding the same can be done through media for taking part in yoga sessions twice a week atleast. Yoga has several benefits such as providing a better posture by keeping the spine straight, improve bone health and eliminate osteoporosis,increses the blood flow further boosts haemoglobin content and RBC count, lower the risk of heart attack and hypertension , improved lung health and much more ....

aj ka bssy life yoga to jarroori hota he women ko ...kyonki age hote hi manusy h bimar ka aur ek bhoj ko utana pad tha he aisa time me yoga to toda apna bhoj uta sakta he.

life nowadays is very stressful.. be it at home or in office. so the need of the hour is to take step keeping in mind both classes of women. I think in every working place and institutions there should be a yoga room with one or two yoga instructors. so that Wneva especially women are stressed with work or something else they can easily de stress themselves by taking short yoga sessions.. this way working would be easier and joyful. for household women same classes can be taken outside.
