Ministry of AYUSH organizes the International Day of Yoga, the purpose of this event is to highlight the fact that Yoga can contribute in a holistic way to achieving equilibrium between mind and body. This approach to health and wellbeing can make a direct and useful contribution to humankind's quest to achieve sustainable development and move towards lifestyles that are in harmony with nature.

In view of the forthcoming International Day of Yoga-2018 and to generate awareness about the benefits of yoga for the comprehensive well-being of Indian women in the "40 plus" age group, Ministry of AYUSH invites you to share your ideas through the MyGov platform.

sir, it is good step to educate to every.women 40 plus age for yoga by means of advitisement,or by media. Not only it helps to keep good health but also save our national currency for purchasing import medicine. My suggestion is Govt. should notify to all govt. office and non govt. office r to organise yoga at least one day in a week. Rest may be achieved by campaign. All media, news paper and all social media should advertise yoga with their merit. .

चूँकि योग हर उम्र के व्यक्ति के लिए आवश्यक हैं किंतु 40 की उम्र के बाद कि माताओ के लिए ये अत्यंत आवश्यक हो जाता है क्योंकि 40 की उम्र के बाद का दौर बहुत सारे बदलाव एवं बहुत सी व्याधियों की शुरुआत का दौर होता है अतः योग और भी आवश्यक हो जाता हैं

Yoga hume 15 mins bhi krenge toh body mai energy provide krte hai .. sare organs properly work krte hai .. stress kaam hote hai .. or mind open hote hai .. body fat removd hote hai .. is sab ko krne chaiye ..
