Despite the best diplomatic efforts of the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, till the last moment, the one "obdurate" Nation refused to shun its "obduracy". That is one part of the act. The other part is what has happened in our country. The politicians of the ilk who don't see eye to eye with the internal politics of the country, have, unfortunately, found a chance to fo,d fault with the efforts of the Hon'ble PM. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. IN SUCH MATTERS, WE MUST EXHIBIT AS "ONE".

As it has happened, the NSG, in its "prudence" has exhibited its reluctance and / or inability, whatever one may tend to term it, to consider India's claim for entry into the NSG on merits of its case. It has come to happen because of obduracy of one country, basically. Going by the events taking turns much earlier, it is that even the obduracy of Country is not "genuine". THE UNDERLINING IDEA IS TO UNDERMINE THE POSITION OF INDIA, GLOBALLY, IN GENERAL, AND, IN THIS PART OF GLOBE,IN PARTICULAR

NSG must not consider itself as an authority in itself. None of its members should treat itself as saviour of the sanctity of the NSG. Time has come that the NSG start taking a realistic view of the emerging issues that present themselves from time to time. Consensus is OK but the so called combined and consolidated view must not be allowed to mean CREATING A STUMBLING BLOCK IN THE WAY OF RATIONAL AND REALISTIC DECISION IN THE SERVICE OF MANKIND AS A WHOLE.

REAL ESTATE is REAL KILLER OF AGRICULTURE. For getting residential lay out approval it is mandatory to provide roads, drainage, electricity etc. The agri lands are converting and making useless for agri in order to get approval from Govt. For example on residential layout approved 20 years back in GPR Layout in Kakinda and the entire land was useless for 20 years and no single house is constructed in this 20-25 Acres layout. Like this lakhs of acres of land was idle in India. I have plan for it.

India's bid to enter the elite NSG has been set at naught by resorting to procedural wrangles by primarily one country. The excuse of India being non-NPT is lame one given India's credentials after donning the mantle of a nuclear power. For anything, it is better than any NPT signatory. This is most sensitive area. There must not be any pre-laid down hard and fast guidelines. THE APPLICATION OF EACH COUNTRY MUST BE CONSIDERED GIVING DUE THOUGHT TO ITS TRACK RECORD OF BEHAVIOUR IN THIS FIELD.

Respected PM,If all the private & public organizations in India start working in 16/7 model that will be really useful for all.Public holidays only be on important days like Independence day etc..Machines & buildings can work 365 days.So full utilization. We can increase the number of leaves for all the employees & can stop weekend holidays. This type of changes will be more flexible & useful for employees & everyone in India.Present system is not flexible enough to serve all the citizens.

JALANDHAR is hopeful of getting into the next 20 cities under the Small City Project. The Municipal Corporation authorities claim to have put in their best to get the issue clicked. Of course, the citizens are enthused over the prospect of their city possessing the best of the infrastructure. But as is well known, infrastructure is easy to be created, hard to maintain. Right. Authorities alone can't do it. CITIZENS MUST DON THE ROLE OF CARETAKERS OF THE FACILITIES CREATED. V

In respect to GST, I want to suggest that, Administration, collection, assessment etc., procedure should be at single window system, there should be only one jurisdictional authority instead of state & center, further, if the tax collected at first stage, on MRP of products, where MRP is applicable or compulsory fix the MRP in all goods & manufacturing, while the dealer, sub dealer, retails liable to file return of purchase and sales, further, any addition income earned Exceeds MRP should be taxed
