Poor quality self financing colleges have been creating many issues. They are making unemployed graduates having educational debts.Making Banks also in trouble.By looting both banks & students these self financing college managements make huge money.State govts are not sincere to stop this. This we can stop, if a bank give a particular amount of loan amount for a college through student loans without security, that college must take loan with security for the same total amount from the same bank.

In tribal areas Govt administration is not happening effectively. For addressing this in a better way we have to improve e-Governance.If Govt officials & elected people can be connected with people who live in tribal areas more effectively through e-Governance, we can address their issues more effectively.Monthly mandatory meetings, better auditing of the govt expenditures for the tribal people etc.can be done through better e-Governance system.

India can learn many things from the rise of China.Long back China was behind of us in many innovative capabilities. But now China is emerging as No.1 in many sectors. While India damaged the quality of many things,China built a solid foundation.Bringing MNCs is Ok.But our indigenous development possibilities should not be damaged; especially for start ups.

Many Indian Americans contributed many great things to the world. But at the same time many wrong people take wrong advantages in US-India engagements.Long back Sreelekha IPS told one Indian American who lived in Kerala raped his daughter & moved to US.Police couldn't arrest this criminal because of his US citizenship. As both US president & Indian PM stand for the rights of women hope this kind of criminals can be stopped. So that US-India engaements will be really more greatful.

** THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN CONSIDERATE AND COMPASSIONATE ENOUGH TO FREE THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WORKING IN CENTRAL SECRETARIAT / MINISTRIES / DEPARTMENTS LOCATED IN DELHI TO ALLOW THEM TO MEET THE MEDICAL EXIGENCIES IN THEIR FAMILIES BY PROVIDING THEM "CASHLESS FACILITIES" IN EMPANELED PRIVATE NURSING HOMES. THIS FACILITY MAY KINDLY BE EXTENDED TO JALANDHAR AS WELL.

** THERE ARE ONLY TWO EMPANELED PRIVATE HOSPITALS / NURSING HOMES IN JALANDHAR WHICH PROVIDE TREATMENT ON REIMBURSEMENT BASIS, OF COURSE ON CGHS RATES. THAT IMPLIES THAT THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES HAVE TO SHELL OUT MONEY FOR TREATMENT PURPOSES FROM THEIR OWN RESOURCES, WHEN STRUCK WITH SOME AILMENT OR MISHAP, THEY THEMSELVES OR ANY OF THE PP DEPENDANTS. ALREADY DOWN WITH DISEASE, THEY ARE ADDITIONALLY BURDENED WITH INCURRING EXPENDITURE ON MEDICAL TREATMENT. NEEDS CONSIDERATION.

**IT NEEDS TO BE APPRECIATED BY THE AUTHORITIES CONCERNED THAT FOR WHOLE OF PUNJAB, THERE BEING ONLY TWO PRIVATE HOSPITALS IN CHANDIGARH WHICH ARE PROVIDING "CASHLESS TREATMENT" FOR THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, BOTH IN-SERVICE AND RETIRED. NEEDLESS TO MENTION THAT THOSE CG EMPLOYEES IN DISTANT DISTRICTS ARE GREATLY DISCOMFORTED BY THIS ARRANGEMENT. JALANDHAR AND ITS ADJOINING DISTRICTS OF LUDHIANA AND AMRITSAR ARE HOME TO MAJORITY OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES IN PUNJAB...
