By vibrant economy it must not be meant that the "Feel Good" would be there to be felt by just turning on some "Switch Button". It is especially so when one is face to face with an economy which is just talking a turn to enable itself to project & produce some enabling factors for the people. PEOPLE ARE PRUDENT ENOUGH TO GRASP THIS SUM AND SUBSTANCE. THE ONLY RIDER IS THAT THEY ARE CONVINCED WITH REGARD TO THE SINCERITY OF PURPOSE DISPLAYED BY THE RULING DISPENSATION.

The salient feature of vibrant economy is that it must project, produce & present a "Feel Good" presentation for one and all.
