गर्भवती माताओं को नि:शुल्क प्रतिरक्षा के लिए सुविधा प्रदान करने के बावजूद केवल 32.4% अनुसूचित जनजातीय माताओं (सभी सामाजिक समूहों में सबसे कम) ने ही यह सलाह प्राप्त की है कि गर्भावस्था की जटिलताएं अनुभव करने पर वे कहां जाएं।

1) इसके क्या कारण हो सकते हैं?
2) गर्भवती जनजातीय माताओं को 100% प्रतिरक्षा प्राप्त देने के लिए कौन से हस्तक्षेप आवश्यक होंगे?
3) 100% टीकाकरण को प्राप्त करने के लिए विभिन्न मंत्रालयों, एजेंसियों (सरकारी तथा गैर-सरकारी) की क्या भूमिका हो सकती है।

हम इस विषय पर कुछ अनुभव और सलाह साझा करने का निवेदन करना चाहेंगे।

Free immunization is not the ultimate step in the process of providing MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH FOR TRIBALS. What is more important is to educate them about the civic senses and personal sanitation. It will only be possible if education is parted to them and bring them in the main stream of the life line of the country.Once educated always educated then implementation of any such policy will always give good results

Providing free ammunition and full coverage does not bring safe delivery.prevention of complication consists of intersectoral co ordination of proper eduction,age at marriage,prevention of anaemia providing nutrition. Involve husbands and mother in-laws in pregnant women care and awareness of complication in them.Use locally trained birth attendents.understand their local needs& problems and address them.

for maternal and child heath in tribals areas, it is important to arrage the awarness and training programme and camp in such effected areas. Food, medicines and vitamines, and necessary infrastructure should be provided in such areas. NGO and other voluntary institution help should be taken to serve and aware the people to maintain healthy body of child.

DearPM Today treatment at government hospital is pathetic in condition so please take few steps to improve it. And private hospital should give free treatment for at least 15 persons per month,so that poor and needy can be benifted,running hospital became big business by free service for at least 15 person is not big deal for them,so this is my humble request to PM ....

सरकारी प्रावधान बहुत है लेकिन शासकीय अमला कम कार्य कर रहा है क्योकि उनमें डर नहीं है एवं वे कार्यस्थल पर नही रहते है
