Respected Sir, A very good solution is that a new river can be made parallel to ganga (Both side of the Ganga) for recycled water from Sewerage Treatment Plant. This river can be underground tunnel made from Big Pipes (There can be more parallel tunnels). This river distribute such water to industry and agriculture. Ganga water should be controlled from DAMS. Both banks of Ganga should be made property. Scrap and solid waste (Building Material) can be used for Ganga Banks.
