All competitive exams and entrance exams (Like CA, IIT, BE, etc should allow for special accommodations for specially abled children as per the directions of the respective medical authorities. It should not limit this to children with 40% disability, because, learning disabilities and motor co ordination disabilities cannot be quantified in percentages. Currently IIT website does not accept an application for persons with below 40% disability, though it is a case of cerebellar ataxia.
