भारत सरकार ने मौजूदा आधिकारिक मान्यता और रैंकिंग सिस्टम में बढ़ती चिंताओं को दूर करने के लिए एक हाई-लेवल कमेटी का गठन किया था। इस समिति ने रणनीतिक सुधारों को लागू करने पर विचार किया, जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के विज़न के अनुरूप है और प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित आधुनिक प्रणालियों के जरिए सत्यापित और सुरक्षित केंद्रीकृत डेटाबेस के साथ उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की मान्यता और रैंकिंग के लिए एक सरल, विश्वास-आधारित, वस्तुनिष्ठ और तर्कसंगत प्रणाली अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर विचार किया। समिति ने हितधारकों के लिए कारोबार को आसान बनाने, संस्थानों/कार्यक्रमों के चयन के लिए अधिक जानकारी वाले विकल्प चुनने में छात्रों की सुविधा प्रदान करने के तरीकों पर भी विचार किया।

कई विचार-विमर्श के बाद, एक उच्च-स्तरीय समिति ने उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को 'भारत के सभी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों के समय-समय पर आकलन और आधिकारिक मान्यता को मज़बूत करने के लिए परिवर्तनकारी सुधार' उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को.

इसके आलोक में माईगव ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय के सहयोग से सभी हितधारकों से रिपोर्ट को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए फीडबैक और सुझाव मांगे हैं।

इस रिपोर्ट को अब 15 अगस्त, 2023 तक के लिए सार्वजनिक कर दिया गया है।

The ruling DMK Government is carrying out unwanted,& tasks that are given up by all the previous Governments with a view to make an impression in the minds of the people. I am mentioning about the Vandiyur Tank Project at Anna Nagar, Madurai. It is a huge lake nearly Seven Acres of area. Already many steps are taken to make it with water related sports, floating restaurants, and at the Center- a large mall and a roof top restaurant. To do that nearly 6' if mud has to be dug up & cleared. The path through which rain water arrives to the lake, which is occupied by the anti-social elements and politicians should be removed. All along the borders of the tank, play centers, museums and other shows should be allowed to come- similar to the Genting Highlands in Malaysia. If this water park/mall/entertainment center is completed, this will attract many foreigners & would be popular only after the World Famous Meenakshi Amman Temple.

आज हमारा देश 21वीं सदी के मध्यांतर के वो अग्रसर है देश नई नई ऊंचाइयों एवं बुलंदियों को हासिल कर रहा है। देश के युवाओं के आने वाले भविष्य के लिए भारत सरकार तत्पर रूप से कम करते हुए तथा उनकी आकांक्षाओं को मद्देनजर रखते हुए पुरानी शिक्षा नीति को हटा कर नई शिक्षा नीति लाई । हम सभी भारतीय इसका स्वागत करते हैं , परतु कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर मंचन करना आवश्यक है - 1-किसी बच्चे को फेल नहीं करने की नीति से बच्चे लापरवाह हो रहे हैं। वे अनुशासन में रहना पसंद नहीं कर रहे हैं और उनमें सीखने की क्षमता भी खत्म हो रही है। इससे दसवीं बोर्ड के परीक्षा परिणाम खराब आ रहे हैं। 2- छोटी कक्षाओं में ही बोर्ड परीक्षा का प्रावधान हो। तीसरी व पांचवीं कक्षा में बोर्ड परीक्षा लागू करने की सलाह। 3- बच्चों के अभिभावकों की काउंसिलिंग कराने पर भी जोर दिया गया ताकि वे बच्चों को स्कूल भेजने में रुचि दिखाएंस्कूल से गैरहाजिर रहने वाले अध्यापक दंडित किए जाएं। नियमित अध्यापकों के लिए आवासीय कालोनियां बनें 4- सभी स्कूलों में साइंस लैब और कंप्यूटर लैब सुव्यवस्थित हों और टीचरों के लिए भी सुविधाएं जुटाई जाएं

वर्तमान में संस्कृत विद्यालयों की बहुत दुर्दशा है कृपया देववाणी संस्कृत के उत्थान के विषय में विचार करें न अध्यापक और ना ही कोई ढंग की व्यवस्था जो संविदा द्वारा शिक्षक रखे गए उन्हें समय से वेतन भी नहीं मिल रहा

Higher education institution is a base of our development.in my view firstly assess their research and innovation activity of their institution.how many research paper and other activity related to it.my view is to assessed how many student has to develop innovative and creative attitude for innovation in their subject.third how much syllabus content will be changed and include according to our country needs.fourth how much cultural and other activity to promote our ideology in front of world.

Higher education institution is a base of our scientific and ideological development of our country .there are some point for it. 1 Infrastructure and other facility will be a main point of assessment. 2 Teacher faculty is an important part of assessment higher education institution. 3 Research and practical activity has been assessed of higher education. 4 Student performance is a point of ther assessment. 5 An expert committee will be assessed higher education institution. 6 An online portal will be setup for proper and accurate information.
