My experience says E-governance is most important tool to ensure accountability and timely delivery of services by public institutions. Government can open more service centres in rural area to encourage use of digital media for Citizen Government interaction and delivery of government services including maintaining good law and order by e-filing for inputs/complaints to responsible authority. E-governance has increased the efficiency of monitoring of work by saving precious time on paper work.

Unfortunately, the divide was being created by the Government and the Government run institutions. Most Government decisions were surreptitiously policy planned to unduly benefit the rich. A mission mode approach is needed and is feasible to remedy the situation. A detailed presentation would be worked in collaboration with experts by seeking required technical inputs if requisitioned by the government.A good list of issues are to be addressed for using optimization of resource use.
