हर साल 21 अप्रैल को सिविल सेवा दिवस का आयोजन किया जाता है, जहाँ सिविल सेवक नागरिकों के हितों के लिए खुद को पुनःसमर्पित करते हैं और सार्वजनिक सेवाओं के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता एंव नवीनीकृत को दोहराते है। इस श्रृंखला के 9 वें सिविल सेवा दिवस का आयोजन विज्ञान भवन नई दिल्ली में 20-21 अप्रैल, 2015 को किया जा रहा है।

इस सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य सिविल सेवा के महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर विचार करना, चर्चा करना और सुझावों का आदान प्रदान करना है। किसानों पर प्रस्तावित सम्मेलन के लिए निम्नलिखित विषयों पर सिविल सेवकों और जनता से सुझाव मांगें जा रहे हैः

1. भारत में प्रत्येक परिवार के लिए छत - इस लक्ष्य तक पहुँचने की प्रमुख चुनौतियां क्या हैं?

2. हाउसिंग अवसंरचनाः हाउसिंग क्षेत्र के ढांचागत मुद्दें - शहरी और पंचायत के अभिन्न अंग के रूप में आवास योजना को कैसे निगमित किया जा सकता है।

3.किफायती आवास:

-हम गुणवत्ता और किफायती आवास प्रदान करने के लिए निजी क्षेत्र को कैसे शामिल कर सकते हैं? भारत और अन्य देशों (ब्राजील) में पीपीपी अनुभव
-आवास वित्त - मुख्य मुद्दें और नीति समाधान क्या हैं?
-शहरी आवास की अनिवार्यता - शहरी/पेरी शहरी क्षेत्रों में मलिन बस्तियाँ और कम लागत के आवास उपलब्ध कराने की चुनौतियाँ।

to save agriculture land surounding 20 to 30 km area of city metro.state wise big cities,distictleval city.every state goverment must have f s i minimum 5to8 times and for towen ship schem 8 to 10 times f s i must allowed its s o s for india ..so auto meticaly people will get very resnabol housing likes flats and tenament ..but one rules must b that is invester only 10% allowed of total buiding area ..so black money genarating will b very less,no goverment involment in housing .

Governments should impose higher taxes on the value of land. Land-value taxes account for a small share of total revenues. Land taxes are efficient. Whereas a high tax on property can discourage investment, a high tax on land creates an incentive to develop unused sites. Land-value taxes can also help cater for newcomers. New infrastructure raises the value of nearby land, automatically feeding through into revenues—which helps to pay for the improvements.

Policymakers should ensure that city-planning decisions are made from the top down. When decisions are taken at local level, land-use rules tend to be stricter. Individual districts receive fewer of the benefits of a larger metropolitan population (jobs and taxes) than their costs (blocked views and congested streets). Moving housing-supply decisions to city level should mean that due weight is put on the benefits of growth

In fact, land is not really scarce: the entire population of America could fit into Texas with more than an acre for each household to enjoy. Even in great cities the scarcity is artificial. Regulatory limits on the height and density of buildings constrain supply and inflate prices. A recent analysis estimates that land-use regulations in the West End of London inflate the price of office space by about 800%; in Milan and Paris the rules push up prices by around 300%.

the housing sector should be worked in public and govt co=op mode ,like they may collect moeny form the peoploe in the forms of bonds or saving certificates,and this money can be used to build houses for the poor and at the same time,care should be taken the real beneficieries will get the benifit

Govt should increase the limit of Value of house and housing loan which comes under the priority sector, as value of house in increasing day by day.At least the limit of loan should be Rs.40.00Lakh and value of house could be Rs.50.00Lakh. This will boost the hosuing sector , banking industry and the related industries simultaneously.

श्री मान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय मैंने पहले भी सभी अधिकारीयों को सूचित किया है जिसकी प्रतिलिपि संलग्न है लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाई नहीं हुयी हैं. भविष्य निधि संगठन और श्रम एवं राजगार मंत्रालय भी कोई एक्शन नहीं ले रहे हैं अब केंद्र सरकार ही ऐसे बिल्डर के खिलाफ कार्यवाई करे और सभी श्रमिको को उनका हक़ मिले.

श्री मान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय आज भी श्रमिक को न्यूनतम मजदूरी नहीं मिल रही है क्यूकि राज्य कर्मचारी सरकारी वेतन के साथ उद्योगपतियों से भी मासिक वसूली लेते हैं जिसके वजह से श्रमिक कानून लागू नहीं होते और बिल्डर उनका शोषण करते हैं.

Registration of properties through Stamp Papers came into existence at a time when there were hardly any banks in the country. It's high time that people deposited their registration amounts in the banks and authorities on their own started giving them Registration. This should also be available on the server. The approval of design of properties should be made on-line. Some law should be passed as early as possible in order to remove the culture of transfer of black money.
