certificate with validation (if The requirement for ias post is 1000 then those who holds the rank from 1001 to 1250) 25% of the requirement' who didn't got selected but talent is there should be provided a certificate with validity mentioning that the certificate holder is almost eligible for selection. those who holds certificate should be given priority low level government job. even this certificate helps him for private jobs. his time spent on ias Coaching will not get wasted.

in civil service exam' one exam for 24 posting is not Good... there should be separate exam for each and every post. my friend who has Finished medical got selected as IRS and he has no knowledge of accounts. so obviously our country lost a good doctor and got a bad IRS officer.

All the vacancies of Judges in High Courts and supreme courts must be filled up. Action should be taken against judges who delay disposal of Cases.

IEEE is having the biggest database of papers and journals. All those papers are accessible only to it's members and on a payment basis. Why are they not providing the information free of cost?
