Bilaspur is participating in the third round of the smart city challenge, it is already well established that citizen participation is one of the most important component of the smart city project and to strengthen the proposal for smart city Bilaspur it is now imperative that the citizen participation is overwhelming. In a bid to gather the opinion of the people this is an open discussion where the citizens of Bilaspur are requested to give their suggestions on what according to them are the main sectors/aspects which should be put in focus in the third round of this smart city challenge aswell as look into the Financing and Implementation Plan to make Bilaspur a smart and more livable city.
