Srinagar is one of the important cities in terms of its rich historical background, strategic location and administrative aspect. Srinagar is the largest cosmopolitan city and summer capital of J&K state. The city has been selected to be an aspiring Smart City due to its importance. The citizens are invited for the open discussion on Srinagar Smart City. You are requested to give your valuable inputs and suggestions on how Srinagar can be developed as a Smart City? The objective of the discussion is to understand the development aspirations of the citizens with focus on vision of development, Specialty of the city in terms of heritage, culture and tourism, major issues and challenges etc.

modiji pahle to mai kahana chahungna kiapko chunkar hum logo ne koi galati nahi ki parantu khuch logo ko bhartiy sena par shak hai ki unone sarjikal stike kiya hai ya nahi sharm aani chahiye yese logo ko jis desh mein rahate hai usi desh ki sena par bharosa nahi hai unlogo ne desh chod dena chahiye modiji aap jo kar rahe ho sahi kar rahe ho best ,excellent very good hum logo ko aap ki taraf se yahi umeed hai

The team of engineershaving experience of 30years of all discipline like shridharan of metro, architects of sept etc be visited study & submit project report to PMO & Pm then it should be developed payment should be made by 3rď party of swiss & india iit , iim experiece professionals.locals youngs be given preference computer training be free to all young students youths olds all including women.

Rail two lines & roads 2highway all local roads from himachal be deloped 4lane up to shrinagar be deloped first Psu for minerals,food processing be established,compain to clean dal lake like ganga,local employment 100 % class 3rd staff in psu. In dal lake power boat should be stopped.drainage local roads inside city be widened views of youngs be taken online to allow outsiders to purchage lands for developments restaurants foods must be of 3* standard in quality , house boats must be modern

In respect to development of srinagar smart city, I want to suggest that, Various infrastructure project and various industries related to the fertile and progressive area, further,ancilliary business like agriculture bye- products industries should be encouraged and all the Indian people from every corner to be invite and give facilties to start business and increase the employment in Jammu kashmir area, if people are employed and busy in service and vocation, area will be peaceful,best wishs

Sir, another interesting model for bringing in industry and investment could be UAE model where any investor has to have Local Partner of 51% share without any investment outside investor can never grab property similarly Local partner cannot grab business being 51% partner, Local Partner gets fixed Annual fees for this and he never interferes in running of business but all interaction with Govt documents/Licences etc. will be signed by him only. This can be substitute to Article 370

All House Boat owners if given New Modern House Boats in exchange of Old Boats at very nominal price, tourist would love it. Similarly places like Gulmarg-Sonemarg etc should have Roads+Restaurants+Hotels like Switzerland, modernization of Transports on PPP system. Most important Digitization of Resident through Aadhar Card. If people of Srinagar are involved in this measure of job and opportunities building - they will shun wild path
