The General Aids to Marine Navigation along the Indian Coast is administrated by Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships (DGLL) as per Lighthouse Act, 1927. Over the period of time maritime sector has undergone massive change. There have been enormous technological developments in the field of Aids to Marine Navigation. To incorporate the global best practices, technological developments and India's International obligations in the field of Aids to Marine Navigation, the Draft Aids to Navigation Bill 2020 is prepared to replace existing Lighthouse Act 1927.

The Draft Aids to Navigation Bill (to replace Lighthouse Act 1927) is hereby circulated for comments of all concerned.

The comments on the Draft Aids to Navigation Bill 2020 may be sent in the MS-Excel Sheet format given below and upload the same, preferably in a PDF file format.

These details as given below are collected through various credible sources, recently retired staff, by which we can understand how this small department of Lighthouses & lightships under shipping ministry of Central Govt., is eating Crores of Govt. money, by hiding various facts of its functioning. We are best in the world in young population and also they are all efficiency generation. Our marine navigation department will use all our talented engineer s to use the separate special wing code including a new creativity language . Our younger generation more powerful and strength in mind to face all problems, and what ever. they thinking use their life's otherwise to omitted to it and tell solution to their friends so we use create the code we utilise their knowledge.

There is a wide scope of energy production using these two methods.Based on the studies we can set up different units in different parts of country like west,south and east. As a part of Atmanirbhar bharath project we can consider Public Private Partnership(PPP) in these projects

The proposed bill does not contain the responsibility of the DG. As navigation is not only involved by Indian but also foreign ship shall ply in Indian Navigable waters. The DG must be responsible for providing safe and Navigable waters with proper Aids to Navigation at all times. Since the DG is receiving remunerations from the vessel's Indian waters irrespective they are Indian / Foreign Ships. By this way the DG should also be proactive in maintaining the installations of Aids to Navigation.

Ham iske bare mein jyada Nahin kahenge bus itna hi kahenge ki desh ki suraksha or arthik sthiti ko sambhalne ke liye ye hama aage badhana chaiya aur desh ki hit ke liye khada Hona chahie desh Kisi ek ka Nahin ham sab ka hai uski suraksha aur dekhbhal hamen hi karna agar desh ka pm hi Sab kuch hote hain to desh Ke nagrik Ka bhi to kuch kartavya hoga ham apna kartavya bahut nishtha aur acche se nibhana chaiya hame koi jaruri Nahi Hai dusra ko samjhana ham Khud samjhenge to vah hama Dekh Kar khud

Respected Sir, Detailed study needed for tidal and oceanic thermal energy productions. There is a wide scope of energy production using these two methods.Based on the studies we can set up different units in different parts of country like west,south and east. As a part of Atmanirbhar bharath project we can consider Public Private Partnership(PPP) in these projects. It also ensure that new job opportunities in our country.

chabahar port development project ko first priority dekar uska development complete karna parega. India ka enemy ab Pakistan nehi hai, China and amerika hai. China Asia ka jitna indian dost country tha sab ko kharid raha hai, aur dusri taraf America ne hamara dost country pe pratibandha lagake humse dur kar raha hai. India ka foreign policy change hona chahiye.
