The General Aids to Marine Navigation along the Indian Coast is administrated by Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships (DGLL) as per Lighthouse Act, 1927. Over the period of time maritime sector has undergone massive change. There have been enormous technological developments in the field of Aids to Marine Navigation. To incorporate the global best practices, technological developments and India's International obligations in the field of Aids to Marine Navigation, the Draft Aids to Navigation Bill 2020 is prepared to replace existing Lighthouse Act 1927.

The Draft Aids to Navigation Bill (to replace Lighthouse Act 1927) is hereby circulated for comments of all concerned.

Let the big foreign entrepreneurs open big factories in our country, it will provide employment to millions of people and will improve the economy of the country. हमारे देश में बड़े विदेशी उद्यमियों को बड़े कारखाने खोलने दें, इससे लाखों लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा और देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में सुधार होगा।

हमें अपने देश में निवेश के लिए आने वाली किसी भी चीनी कंपनी का विरोध किए बिना चीनी-निर्मित उत्पादों का विरोध या बहिष्कार करना चाहिए। लेकिन जो चीनी कंपनियाँ भारत के लिए हानिकारक हैं, उन्हें भारत में व्यापार करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जानी चाहिए।

Navigation means water transport between two or more nation for goods and services.it is very important for trade between to country.1 it should be free for trade from any country.2 it should be economic viable for any country.3 sea port should be developed in bank of sea for transport.4 security should be provided to ship and their member.5 Loading and unloading facility should be provided for easy transportation.6 Neighbouring country should agreement for free operate navigation route.

We must improve marine navigation including more young talented peoples.As the part of Navigation bill,please include underwater marine shipping.Which is helpful to give a business opportunities in near future. And also ensure its safety and maintenance.
