My suggestions for #PoshanMah are: 1. Replace sugar with jaggery in sweets. 2. Add protein rich sprouts in your veggie curries. 3. Don't buy chips & other deep fried oily foods from outside, you can easily prepare at home. 4. Using a small quantity of Rice flour in deep fried snacks( pakoras, sev, bhajjis, etc) will reduce absorption of oil.

For a healthy body and sound mind... water plays also an important role as our nutrition. water and blood both can circulate our energy all over. so we also keep in mind that water is as much important as vegetables and fruits in our healthy diet. also we should ensure to our kids that the in-take food should be in the gap of every 2-3 hours specially for very young child .

Vitamins c,d e and zinc are very important for immunity boosting. These can destroy all viruses and germs in the body as told by nutritionists, dietitians and doctors of India. Otherwise easy way is to have 1 multivitamin tablet a day for building immunity and stay protected... These should not be consumed for only Corona patients but everyone. .

The most important thing you can do to improve the quality of your diet is to add more vegetables and fruits to your diet. Even for children, try to incorporate vegetables in poha, upma, cheela, omelette, rava dosa etc. Consume immune boosting foods like ginger, garlic, turmeric, amla, tomatoes, carrots and leafy greens on a regular basis. Keeping healthy is a 24 x 7 x 365 job. Exercise regularly and develop a life plan that has time for work, play, sufficient rest and good stress management.

Like non veg food meat, fish, eggs are beneficial for us. But chicken is very good just like fish.. doctors recommends for chicken.. mutton should be consumed in limited way.. After 40 age ,mutton should not be consumed or consumed very rarely like 1 or 2 times a year. Checking of sugar, cholesterol, triglyceride should be checked regularly. BP should be checked. For immunity boosting requirement ayush ministry guidelines should be followed regularly for everyone.
