regularisation of nrega staffs with sound payment system,increament in the wage of labour,efficient monitoring system,labours direct connection with key staffs and office, open grivance addresal system , free flow of payment without delay and sound team work spirit etc. are key to success of nrega

I could not find the schedule in website ,better if it is in PDF format to save time.I will like to add that this scheme should be run in those blocks of states where ST are populated or where "District Growth Index" are low resulting in high poverty reasons.

MGNREGA scheme should be linked to pension scheme, health scheme and BPL cards with aadhar number, so that workers are directly benefited as: 1- They are able to have a secured future with pension scheme. 2- Fake card holders will be easily identifiable and this will reduce corruption. 3- They will receive medical security by linking health scheme to MGNREGA. 4- This will reduce redundancy of data by linking BPL and AADHAR cards to it. 5- Gov won't have to pay old age pension seperately.

The daily wages given to the farm workers is lower than the money given under the NREGA act hence they migrate from agricultural work this affects agricultural activities and farmers the government can include farm activities under the NREGA act if this is feasible, I am ready to do my part.

MGNREGA should also contribute to #Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to the extent that.. 1. Village level funds should come towards cleanliness and Hygiene from #MGNREGA 2. Rag Pickers should be formally involved in MGNREGA and they can only sell/submit their daily collection to a local/nodal collection centre for further processing of waste (especially plastic etc.) This will eliminate to great extent problem of rag pickers stealing Public property like iron bars, grills, electric wires, panels etc

Best option ye hoga ke pahele ek village me computer operator (jo panchayat level pe unique id generate kare labour ke liye) engineers (planning ke liye), Clerk (Operation manager) ke liye ho. Aam public work order de. Aur sabse khash baat ye ho ki panchayat pratinidhi apane panchayat se bahar ki yojana ka dekh rekh kare, taki govt kaa paisa on the floor kam kare. Abhi alam ye hai ki pancchayat prathinidhi hi Sara yojana banate hai aur khate hai. Thank you

Mnrega is best social prgm.but through this poor people less benifited due to corruption in this scheme. I also saw tat bichauliye took some money to withdraw poor people wages. As this waorker are less e ducated or iliterate. I learnt in school-FOOd.cloth.shelter as basic need.but we shuld include education also.

In respect to clean India movement, effort from govt. and public are trying to do good, but,according to our analysis, collection point and carrying of dust/garbage are still the great problem. I want to suggest that, the people or society have a watchman for security, such society or specified street or area should have dust/garbage collector for 24 hours, such services provided door to door collection 3 times a day and also any time by call,garbage/dust can be collected,it shoud be implemented

3. ZP/TP will start monitoring more effectively to get more funds(1% ).

6 % Admin expenditure is allowed in NREGA for the District. Instead it should be divided into 3% to GP, 2 % to TP and 1 % to Zilla PAnchayat. We can see following benefits. 1. The GP which shows more progress can spend more on Admin exp.This enables them to upgrade their computers, increase number of operators etc. which will further improve their productivity 2. In the present system ZP spends lavishly(on computers / operators) and no scope for GPs to improve their infrastructure.
