The Padma Awards are one of the highest civilian honors of India announced annually on the eve of Republic Day. The award seeks to recognize achievements in all fields of activities or disciplines where an element of public service is involved.

डाक विभाग ने डाक सूचकांक संख्या (पिन) की स्वर्ण जयंती पर 1 अक्टूबर से 7 अक्टूबर 2022 तक एक प्रश्नोत्तरी का आयोजन किया, जो विशेष रूप से पिन कोड के उपयोग को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए डाक विभाग के उत्पादों और सेवाओं के बारे में नागरिकों में जागरूकता पैदा करने का एक आउटरीच प्रयास है। प्रश्नोत्तरी का उद्देश्य प्रतिभागियों को डाक विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं और पहलों के बारे में संवेदनशील बनाना था।

Ministry of Ayush, Government of India observes Ayurveda Day every year on Dhanawantari Jayanti (Dhanteras) since 2016. Ayurveda is perceived as one of the most ancient well documented system of medicine equally relevant in modern times ,wherein prevention of disease and promotion of health are both given due consideration.
