Another factor that obstructs the growth of this place is the lack of proper solid waste management. Other than the Swedish method of waste-to-energy model, the plan of garbage that is not garbage proposed by Curitiba can be replicated here. The proposed Plan encouraged recycling and began rewarding citizens with food, books or bus tickets when they separated their organic and non-organic waste. If these practices are applied here than it will be easier to achieve the vision of clean India.

There are several methods of Government to Customer e-Governance. Two-way communication allows citizens to instant message directly with public administrators, and cast remote electronic votes (electronic voting) and instant opinion voting. Transactions such as payment of services, such as city utilities, can be completed online or over the phone.

Sirki hydro – power also be improved with immediate effect. ‘Sibot Korang at Bodak village also be proposed for installation of Mini hydro power station. If installed hydro-power over these mentioned rivers, there will be no question of shortage and irregular supply of power to Pasighat City. A SMART CITY without its own power stations will be meaningless.
