The Ministry of Tribal Affairs in collaboration with MyGov invites participation for a Comic Story Contest on the theme “Tribal Empowerment Through Government Schemes”. This initiative seeks to raise awareness about the transformational impact of government schemes on tribal communities through the medium of storytelling and visual art. Citizens across India are encouraged to creatively depict success stories, community changes, and empowerment enabled by these schemes.

Theme - Tribal Empowerment Through Government Schemes

Participants must illustrate how tribal communities have benefitted from specific government initiatives—such as Van Dhan Vikas Kendra, Eklavya Model Residential Schools, or Pradhan Mantri Aadi Adarsh Gram Yojana—through an engaging comic format.

Submission Requirements
1. Brief Description (max 100 words in both English & Hindi)
2. Comic Story (in PDF format, max 10 pages)
3. A clear mention of the government scheme(s) featured

Evaluation Criteria:
1. Creativity and Originality (25%)
2. Relevance to Theme (20%)
3. Narrative Clarity & Impact (20%)
4. Visual Appeal and Illustration Quality (20%)
5. Accuracy of Information on Government Schemes (15%)

Gratification:
The best entry will receive a cash prize of ₹20,000.
