Jhansi has been selected as a potential “Smart City” under the Smart Cities Mission, Government of India.
Jhansi Municipal Corporation have initiated the process of citizen consultations for Stage 2 of the "Smart City Mission" City Challenge through various mediums such as MyGov, Android App, online, social media (including Facebook, Twitter and Whatsapp).

To make Jhansi a replicable Smart City, a Group Discussion involving participants representing particular talents and from a variety of sectors has been organized at the Conference Hall , Municipal Corporation Office, Near Elite Crossing Jhansi,(U.P.) on 30th November, 2015 at 12:00 P.M. to 01:00 P.M.

All are requested to actively participate in the discussion and articulate your views and opinions regarding what your aspirations are about Jhansi city. Citizens may post their questions about the Smart City Mission on or before 30th November 2015, which will be addressed by:
