Stop all subsidies especially fertilizers/pesticides subsidy which is leading to increasing cancer rates in India. Instead promote the use of organic farming in green houses to protect the crops, drip irrigation, vitamin/mineral deficiency based farming with less reliance on pesticides, which is depleting the soil of its vitamins/minerals.

All municipal markets should be compulsorily be converted to air conditioned markets over the next 10 years. New incentives for public as well as private investments towards grain warehousing using principles of pyramid food storage containers, solar lighting, cold storage warehousing and cold storage transportation for perishables like vegetables/fruits, etc. should be established as soon as possible.

All municipal markets to stick to state based ready reckoner based pricing, which is based on actual supply and demand conditions in the market, which can be managed by having an electronic bulletin service in all major TV news channels stating the current price of major grains, vegetables and fruits and produce. Any retailer quoting above this price should be put in jail under a bailable criminal offense with hefty fines/penalties.

A new law/bill should be enacted that makes all hoarding and black marketing a bailable criminal offense with hefty fines to dissuade hoarders, 10-20 times the valuation amount of hoarded inventory found in their possession. A new law/bill should be enacted that makes adulteration a non-bailable criminal offense with minimum 5-7 years jail with hefty fines, 50 times the valuation of annual sales found from them. The fines collected can be used to maintain and enforce the new laws.

The farmers are largely facing problem is on improper rates for their crops and If you unit the farmers through one market all over India . U can control whole farmers and u can suggest what to grow and surely u can avoid inflation through this method.The food park planned is good but with some alteration i.e utilizing resources available.

I would like to suggest the following measures; 1. first we have to provide road, broadband connectivity to all our villages. 2. educate the farmers. 3. provide internet services in the villages through some govt.volunteers. 4. Educate farmers about weather, monsoon, crop varieties, fertilizers to be used, prices of their crops. 5. what is the best crop for their area. 6. Educate them regarding international agriculture sector and India's share of global agriculture sector. 7. MSP for their crop

I have created an android app for farmers which contains various of market details and information like prices, quantity of fertilizers to be used for particular crops etc in regional languages i.e Kannada, Hindi etc reference with new technology in India's agriculture sector.
