Policy measure here suggested is based on creation of digital kiosiks at village level and other concerned institution through information regarding market price and trends could be transferred and accessed through high speed networks at/from any part of world

Give digital accessibility as and when required by farmers.E.g Kharif season could be patterned in language and format in which farmer understand. If it is divided in 3-4 months, whenever he visit his field, he enters or take photo of his crop.The data gathered could be analyzed and remedial suggestions if any could be given in real time. Similarly near the end of season market rate and Mandi information could be flashed.So right from seed to selling could be attached with her daily life.

In Tamilnadu all students after completing 12th are got a Laptop given by Tamilnadu..like wise give a Identity card to every farmer and prepare a list every farmer family have a student or educated people so give them laptop and broadband connection by state govt through Govt Cable Tv operators now make a portal for farmers in which it must be in all regional language of India now connect the farmers through this channel...by this we can achieve a digital India.. we should have centres in every village with internet. by the help of which villagers can collect in formation about modern and ecological farming methods, which can reduce their investment and multiply produce.
