Since its a humen nature that we are careless so proper maintainance of toilet may possible by scientific construct toilet. For this if we will use auto water flace system may possible proper maintainance. Just an IDEA came in my mind which i am sharing with you. Take a simple water flace container and attach its pipe with flaxible foot rest on pan, also use spring loaded or butterfly valve for gate which should be connected with main pipe line and water container also . When we push foot rest main pipe valve will open and water fill in container autometicaly at the same time another valva ( out put) will close and when we come down from foot rest main pipe valve will close where as container valve will open at the same time and water will flace in pan and if we make attachment with floor water will sprade in floor also. If we use this type of system or device proper maintainance will possible without any maintainance cost and care.

There are schemes to construct Toilets, But where we will get water. so an Integrated scheme to set up solar power on the roof top of the school with solar borewell is essential. Each villager on daily basis shall maintain the toilets. Water from bore wll can be used on payment basis to sustain the cost of the solar power and bore well through village panchayat and/ or school committee which will volunteers from the village.
