Until and unless you do away with the system of adhoc, temporary, part-time, guest teachers none of the methods or innovations in teaching will work. If you really want teachers to give their best make sure that they are happy and treated with respect.

#10 Teaching should be through logical deduction not memorizing of science and maths. Not even 1% of govt schools could prove that Triangle has 180degress as sum of its angles

We are a group of young people who have developed 50 plus hands on science experiments and 12 scientific activities for each class ranging from 3rd to 10th.... we have successfully piloted these experiments in more than 27 schools but are not getting enough support in terms of finances
