Dear Sir, Why the hardworking teacher is not the Teachers Award? The Head is only here to be a Security Guard in the school and all the work are done by the assistant Teachers and at the End they will get the medals and certificate. 1. Someone you halndle - Ecoclub 2. Someone you handle - Health and Wellness 3. And someone have to attend varoius Training too, but their work is countless and the credit goes to Head. The HOIs are only selecting the Heads not the Teachers. आमच्या सारख्या सर्व खाजगी कंपन्यांतून सेवा निवृत्त झालेल्या कामगार कर्मचारी यांचे साठी पूर्वीच्या सरकारने त्यांना पेंशन देणार, पेंशन देणार असं मूर्ख बनवीत EPS1995 पेंशन योजना राबविली, ते पैसे लाटणं आणि सरकारच्या खात्यांत जमा करणं दिसत आहे, त्यांत अनेक त्रुटी आहेत त्या मी वारंवार सरकारच्या सर्व पोर्टल PMO, EPFO वगैरें ठिकाणी सत्तर हून अधिक पाठविल्या व निदर्शनात आणून देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला पण सरकारी काम आणि आयुष्यभर थांब या उक्तींस आपल्या सर्वांकडून मान दिला गेला व आम्हाला कायमच अनुत्तरित ठेवलं, परत एकदा विनंती करीत आहे की EPS1995 चं पेंशन काढायचं मूळ सूत्र बदलावं (तेच सर्वात धोकादायक आहे), पेन्शनचं दर तीन वर्षांनी पुनरावलोकन करावं, ते शासकीय कर्मचाऱ्यांप्रमाणे महागाई भत्त्याशी जोडावं आणि आम्ही जमा केलेले पैसे म्हणजे ROC ची रक्कम आमच्या वारसाला परत करावी, इतक्या ठिकाणी यांवर मागण्या कोर्ट कचेऱ्या यांत उगाच वेळ, नाहक खर्च (यांत सरकारचाही आणि निवृत्त कर्मचार्यांनाचाही) होत आहे, तरी यांत सुयोग्य वाढ देणार असाल तर हो किंवा वाढ देणार नसाल तर नाही देणार हे स्पष्टपणे जाहीर करावे,
