For instance, I completed my 10th grade in 2004, and unfortunately, my school omitted my surname during the form filling process. As a result, I have been using my name without my surname due to this oversight. Additionally, since I fall under the OBC category, this has created further complications as individuals from the OBC community often ask for surname verification. I have sought the assistance of a lawyer to facilitate the name change process, but I have been struggling to find accurate guidance. Although I have completed the affidavit and newspaper publication steps, I was recently informed that I need to submit this information for E-gazette notification.
