COMPARISION OF INDIAN & BRITIAN schools.. in britian(for welsh people, spoken by 5%)...unlike india, there is no hindi medium, english and welsh medium..upto ten years of age, children are taught with mother language,(welsh), ..and from then, they are taught with english or welsh...there is diference in ""teaching in english, talking in english"" vs ""learning in english""...they(britian) understood very well, and welsh people can talk english better than anybody, although its lang..continued.

Let us look to export our biggest asset i.e young population of India. We may channelize this huge resource to take up jobs abroad. But it will require an internationally recognized certificates / degree courses. Government may setup the institutions which can provide International certification / degree. Also Government can set up an employment exchange/portal for Indians willing to go abroad for services like teachers, nurses, electrician, plumber, carpenter and cooks and drivers etc.

Sir,It is not an exaggeration, but an assurance. It is developed by our experience. Our Module can even put IITs into Top rankings.Bcoz,It has nice set up, faculty, Govt. assistance & excellent brain to train, but we are afraid to experiment with those who are already experimenting since independence & reached nowhere. IITs focus more on high end research where as our module work on LOCAL COMMUNITY'S NEED BASED SKILL DEVELOPMENT &RESEARCH .The basic educational approach segments are different.

Firstly Start with employment exchange data religiously. Make industries flexible to employment on the basis of degrees/diplomas.There are lot of people who have good skills but no degree/diplomas.They should be considered by industries and groom them. The industries should engage in social work in terms of developing education centers and free education to poor. This is a mandatory parameter for setting industries in any area but they hardly do any charity. All on papers.
