Every request made to a government department to have a unique electronic reference number. The request should automatically be escalated to the next level in case the matter is not resolved in a fixed time period (SLA). Also need to collect the feedback from citizens on the services rendered. Such feedbacks to be used for grading and compensating the government employees

"Internet" is the best thing today if you utilize it in effective manner. Also thanks to new gov for providing this type of facility so that we can share our thoughts. As come to the topic, i just suggest the transparency between government and people. All departments like garbage collection or other complaints must have online facility. Also give charge to some responsible person of taking care of the complaints whether gov servants trying to solve it or not! I cannot write more due to limit

They then utilise social media to spark dialogue around these issues. During Nigeria's fuel crisis, where citizens protested on mass against new fuel subsidy payments, misinformation was contributing to the eruption of violence. The team developed a visualisation which helped to spark more informed debate around the issue.
