Vande Mataram Modi jee, A National/ PM Farmers' Relief Fund, may be constituted, in order to help farmers in distress. Contributions from Govt., general public, corporates, PSUs, etc., may be invited towards the corpus of the fund. A farm surcharge may be proposed, as a direct tax. Significant donors may be given incentives, like, preferential treatment in Railway reservations, soft loans, admissions in schools, etc. These will reduce the burden due to loan waiver, on the Exchequer.

V.Mataram Modi ji, Study must be done to ascertain whether hoarding of ₹ 2,000 currency notes, is reaching high levels, reducing the number of notes in circulation. A large %age of these notes, is being changed into b. money, due to it's easy handling. In case, the shortfall is met by replacing them with ₹ 100 & ₹ 500 notes, De'zation of ₹ 2,000 notes may be considered by June end, as any negative impact to commoners will be minimised, due to vacations/ no weddings/festivals in that period.
