Really a good move.I have already suggested my views in education policy. There are various skills.Weaving of the saris, wood crafting, making of ornaments, still fabrication, even local brass band players etc.The movement start from Grampanchyat, Tehsil & then District level so the Govt. officials mark their identity give them a due credit to these artists.Even several folk arts hidden those can be traced by such initiative. They can be tryed, tested & examined publicly for their talents.

Please start *at least* 5000 community schools and colleges across the country. This will help provide holistic education to all people, in specific the 40 crore illiterate people in the nation. Please go through the PDF attached for the details on how basic valuable education - the "Siksha" is the root of "Vikas", the development that we like to see.

IN KVS THERE IS HUGE WASTAGE OF SKILL FORCE UNDER TGT WE POST (technical post) this huge potential can be utilized for SKILL India mission if clubbed with technical departments like it ITI, polytechnics etc. With no extra budget burden for salaries as these people have no designed syallbus, practical lab in schools to teach to students and without practical teaching no SKILL development at school level takes place.to incurred SKILL technical subject exam should be taken at all classes

Dear Prime Minister Sir,
This will have a very good response if you include knitted Garments industry as well..though much of the labour force, have talent in the industry acquired through their experience...though they do not have recognition...it's a skilled talent hidden in the labour... in this competitive world...we need to focus more on empowering labours.. we have to educate them the garments process...this generate much revenue to our nation..improves standard of leaving as well !

In india we have many house holds who engage in stitching of children and women clothes, making bags, preparing food material, Block smith who prepare iron handy tools, wooden toys and house hold items. Government should identify all these skills and give certification such that these people can get loan from banks.
