CSR should be a must. Every organization should be asked to adopt a village, and school a dilapidated hospital, a park any thing that interest them and they should be able to showcase the before and after. A lot CSR is just for the pictures sake. When the urban India works towards the non developed or suffering portion of the society we would grow and develop together.

EXPLOITATION OF SMALL KIDS & WOMEN BY USING THEM AS BEGGARS & PROSTITUTES USED AS FORCED LABOURS FOR REMOVING ORGANS.IN ALMOST EACH CITY ARE FILLED WITH BROTHELS.. MAIN TARGETS - UNEDUCATED & POOR PEOPLE. UNLESS YOU DONT CONCENTRATE ON POOR & DEPENDED PEOPLE OUR COUNTRY CANT PROSPER. COUNTRY LAW & ORDER MUST NOT ONLY BE AT BORDER BUT IT MUST BE FROM WITHIN THE INDIAN BOUNDARIES.

Sir, I agree with this. But, really in my opinion that there is a need to develop the volunteerism and also socialism in the early age of a youth i.e. upto 10+2 education level. Now, a days I have observed "there is no communication system to welcome & intract with others (like respectness). Earlier, we were thought morality, humanity etc. at education level. But, now no. Due to divided family structure, there is a lot of gap to maintain relationship etc. So,every org. may lead this culture.

The problem with many is not knowing where to start, so if the government organizes any drives(cleanliness, education, health) and gives the proper details regarding time, venue and things to know about and be ready for it would be very helpful. Also publicize it well enough in places where most people can find it, then more than the expected count of people would come out and do it

Sir, Volunteerism among youth can be develop only from their study life i.e. from schools or collages. NCC, Red cross, scout will able to achieve the same. During study life if we encourage the students by giving prizes for their attachments and the certificates have to treated as degree/qualifying certificates. Sir my proposal is:- All govt. schools and collages are to treated as NGO and with all facilities and they have to conduct summer/winter camps etc.among people cleanness,safety,health

In India we have around 4.5 lakh gram panchayats and around 6.5 lakh Villages. We have not yet strong Territorial Army stregth which is currently around 40,000. I believe Territorial Army is not only our second line of defence but it can also be strengthened geographically in each and every state, in such a way that 1Territorial Army officer = 1 Village, having the parallel direct report of the need gaps of the village to the State CM and to the PMO/PM at the centre.

All these institution should do the work of identifying problem areas and make list of it with all the description of particular task, for instance, 'village X needs to be cleaned on 3rd sep at 11 am,volunteers are welcome'.Proper timetable of activities in all districts in advance and advertising these activities by media voluntarily would create interest in voluntarism in youth.
