Parents and teachers should educate children on hygiene at home and outside. This should include cleaning or flushing the toilet post use. This will help maintain the infrastructure. Toilets should be constructed using locally available material and emphasise should be more on cleanliness than beautification. Sanitary waste should be segregated and used in bio gas plants situated near the toilet. It should be made mandatory to have a biogas facility near a public toilet.

No matter if there is boy's toilet in the school or not, but for girl's it must be there. It's like a software of a computer without it, it can't run. The school should used bio-reserved eco sanitary toilet which I have developed in my school project. Cleaning is very easy. And the waste will be collected to be used as manure. And this will also implement the re-utilization of water through the toilet. The water will be filtered and will be used again for the same purpose.

Can we think of Education cess paid by manufacturers to be divided in 3 parts equally or otherwise 1. 1st part Goes to center 2. 2nd part Goes to state 3. Provision of paying 3rd part by businesses (manufacturers/ traders) directly to education institutes which are audit-able under 80G, with project based finance aid & should be treated as direct CSR contribution 100% deduct-able for IT with cap. Zp & corporations can meet together to decide gap between infrastructure such as toilets, etc

awareness should be created among the children regarding the necessity of toilets and how to maintain hygiene. this should happen especially at villages. when a kid comes to know about the importance of hygiene and the dieses which would result due to unhygienic conditions, it will demand for the toilet facility at home too. people do not have toilet facility at their homes in villages. children should also be taught of cleanliness, water usage, maintaining the hygiene in toilets.

Need to educate our small angles on hygiene, apply poster in each toilet and ask student to report unclean toilets on toll free number. Local corporation an come and clean those. Form a group of volunteer for each city and divide areas among all this. Each volunteer member should visit area school once in month and clean toilet. Volunteer should also include few school student with them to aware them. It is possible only with help of student in that school. They can build clean school

Sanitation audit committee to be set up with students/teachers /community members .Should be free from politicians. Points/scores to be given on various accounts like cleanliness/donations /free from local politics etc. Then annual contest on district level /state level for best sanitation will motivate the schools . Or else allocated money will be stolen like all other govt. projects.

Corporate's,Companies having Origin from India Should Take a Village (or) District Wise (or) State Wise to build Toilets in Schools Like Bharathi,TCS spending 100CR's each.In Such cases the companies can be given certain exemption in their taxes which will encourage others for the maintainance and construction of toilets in Schools in all Villages across India.Indian Toilets constructed with a septic tank, the human waste in the tank can be reused for gardens and cleaning with bacterial
